Stress Management

When we feel out of balance we experience the challenge as stress. We will teach you some simple strategies for recognising how and where you need to balance your life and reduce your stress.

Body Balancing - We will show you easy exercises that help you balance your own energy and reduce your stress.

Gestalts - We will teach you about Gestalts - what they are, how they work, and how they affect you. We will show you an exercise to help you find out where you are stacking your Gestalts and how to change your day's stress levels by learning how to connect, carthect and complete past Gestalts.

Basic Hungers - We will teach you about the basic needs of human beings and how you can learn to identify what you need to balance your life.

Strokes - We can teach you about Strokes - what they are, how you get them, how you give them and how you can use them to reduce stress.
